To install the program make a new directory on your
hard disk and then unzip the downloaded file into this
directory.  Then run the Setup program.

For Windows NT and Windows 9x, Windows Installer must
previously have been installed on the machine, otherwise
the program will not install.

Windows Me, 2000 and XP all have Windows Installer as
part of the operating system.

Please note that additional drivers are necessary to
access the hardlock dongle.  These can be downloaded
separately from the Drivers section of the software
download area.
